MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular digital marketing sessions according to the provided module and timetable, with a focus on the hospitality sector.
  • Design course content as per the specific needs of the training and the hospitality industry.
  • Deliver the provided course content within the given time frame for the training program.
  • Maintain regular attendance registers for the assigned digital marketing classes.
  • Prepare and facilitate weekly and monthly assessments of trainees’ progress.
  • Develop a detailed training plan and share it with the training officer for implementation in the digital marketing classes under the project.
  • Attend regular fortnightly trainer meetings to ensure continuous improvement in training.
  • Create weekly and monthly work plans with a breakdown of course content as per the approved training schedule.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with the Project Manager on day-to-day training affairs.
  • Manage and update data in the MIS for final evaluations, which are used for concluding assessments and printing certificates.
  • Maintain both hard and soft copies of documents, including evaluation sheets related to digital marketing training.
  • Assist in reviewing trainees’ attendance and gathering feedback from absentees on a daily basis.
  • Inform trainees about exam schedules, important events, and upcoming functions.
  • Responsible for the administrative support and coordination of digital marketing training activities.
  • Manage and support the professional grooming and development of trainees, ensuring their progress in digital marketing.
  • Be able to design short courses and their content if required.
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures while adhering to the guidelines set by the management.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager as required.
  • Develop and submit training reports in the desired format to management within one week after the completion of the training.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of modern digital marketing tools and techniques, particularly in the context of hospitality (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional education (e.g., Digital Marketing Certification, or relevant degree).
  • A Graduate degree (in the case of intermediate, the candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role within the hospitality sector).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of training and industry experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Active, enthusiastic, and capable of motivating adults to learn and adapt their digital marketing skills.
  • Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, internet proficiency, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation for the hospitality industry.
