Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized City Coordinator to oversee training operations within the assigned city. The role involves coordination with trainers and training centers, ensuring smooth implementation of training activities, maintaining records, and reporting progress to the Project Management Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with trainers and training centers to ensure smooth execution of training activities in the assigned city.
- Maintain and manage accurate trainee attendance records and training databases.
- Ensure training sessions are conducted in accordance with the approved schedule and standards.
- Liaise with trainers to ensure quality delivery of training programs and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain complete and updated training records, documentation, and related files.
- Address and resolve issues raised by trainees and trainers in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Facilitate monitoring and evaluation visits by PIU staff and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and reporting requirements at the city level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in training coordination, project implementation, or field operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage field-level operations and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in training programs or development projects will be an added advantage.
