Malteser International (MI) is an INGO and has been operating in Pakistan since 2005.  MI is  currently working  in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(KP) and Sindh provinces, implementing projects in the sectors of Health, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

Malteser International invites reputable vendors and transport companies to submit quotations for the rented vehicles along with drivers for its field office in Peshawar, Buner, Charsada, Mardan, Nowshera and Lower Chitral districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

a)      Interested vendors/transport companies can also collect the detailed bidding documents from the below-mentioned address or requesting by email not later than 8^th May 2025 during official working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). The Sealed bid & proper profile & questionnaire form of the vendor should be submitted to the following address not later than 23rd May 2025 till 5:00 PM. The tender committee will open the sealed bids on 26^th May 2025 at 11:00 AM in the presence of Vendors or their nominated representatives.

b)      Sealed bids should be submitted at the below-mentioned office address either through Courier or in Person:

• The Vendor/Transport Company must be registered in Pakistan.
• The supplier/firm must have an NTN and GST number.
• The last six months updated Bank Statement is mandatory.
•  All applicable taxes by the government of Pakistan/government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be added in the cost.

The award to the Vendor /Transport Company will be based on the following criteria.

1)       Best price/offer.

2)       Relevant technical references.

3)       Working Experience in KP and within the NGO sector particularly with INGOs;.

4)       Capability and ability of the bidder (technical/professional/financial) to carry out the work within the agreed timeframe.

5)       Only shortlisted vendors/transport companies will be asked for vehicle inspection.
