Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely delivery of a high-rise project while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise critical operations, such as tower crane usage, concrete pours, and façade installations.
• Oversee site engineers, subcontractors, and construction crews, ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to blueprints, technical designs, and quality specifications.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to construction delays, resource constraints, and unforeseen site conditions.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to address technical challenges or design conflicts.
• Implement and monitor strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore and AutoCAD.
• Expertise in high-rise construction logistics and scheduling.
