Role Outline:

We are seeking a capable and dedicated District Coordinator to provide essential support in the execution of Early Childhood Education (ECE) classroom construction projects across our district. The District Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the seamless planning, implementation, and completion of ECE classroom construction projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ECE classroom construction projects in alignment with district goals and educational standards.
  2. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout project phases.
  3. Help allocate resources effectively, including budget, materials, personnel, and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, change orders, and correspondence. Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  5. Assist in maintaining high-quality construction standards by conducting regular site visits to monitor work progress, adherence to design specifications, and safety protocols.
  6. Identify potential risks and challenges and communicate them to the Project Manager. Contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate risks and address unexpected issues.
  7. Support the process of obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and inspections from relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  8. Assist in generating regular project status reports for district leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential deviations.
  9. Help monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on cost variances. Contribute to maintaining fiscal responsibility within allocated funds.
  10. Foster positive working relationships with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Contribute to a collaborative and productive project environment.
  11. Stay informed about construction management best practices and educational trends, seeking opportunities for growth and learning

Skill Set:

  • Expert in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
  • Approaches work with enthusiasm and a good, productive attitude on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision to obtain optimal results.
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication and commitment are required to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (16 years of Qualification).
  • Must have 5 years of experience in solution company.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
