1. Field Monitor
Position Title: Field Monitor
Reports To: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Duration: Intermittent – about 20 months (Approx. 2-3 weeks each month]
Expected date of Commencement: [15th January 2025]
Location: Field-based, with regular travel to project sites [KP: Punjab]
Preference will be given to candidate belonging to any of the following districts and available to work in these districts. Female is encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in field monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of community engagement and development programs.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural sensitivity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, especially validation and verification.
- Ability to use mobile-based data collection tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Writing Skills (English)
- Ability to travel extensively within project areas.
Deliverables
- Monthly monitoring reports highlighting validated targets, process observations, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify and provide a brief description of case studies or success stories from the field for carrying out detailed analysis of the respective cases.
- Produce quarterly report summarizing the qualitative findings and issues faced in planning for the field activities and during monitoring visits in the field
