Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the orphan sponsorship program.
- Ensure effective communication between the head office, donors and the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorships and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with the communications team to create promotional materials.
- Organize events for promoting, and celebrating, the program and the organization.
- Organize exposure visits for the sponsored children.
- Initiate procurement process for procuring supplies for the orphan children.
- Arrange and supervise the distribution of supplies and support to the children.
- Pay regular field visits to the areas, all over Pakistan, where the orphan sponsorship program is running.
- Write proposals and negotiate contracts with the head office, donors and implementing partners.
- Maintain continuous coordination with beneficiary families, schools, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with the staff of the head office and the donors, ensuring they are engaged and informed.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to sponsorships.
- Facilitate communication between sponsors and children through letters, updates, and reports.
- Prepare case stories and success stories to highlight the programs achievements.
- Supervise and support program staff, volunteers, and interns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure program goals are met.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance and impact.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements as needed.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in orphans’ program management, preferably in a nonprofit or child welfare setting.
- Experience in proposal writing, reporting, and donor relations.
- 5 years with Bachelor’s degree and 3 years with Master’s degree.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, and especially Microsoft excel.

- Passion for child welfare and commitment to the mission of supporting orphans.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
