Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization, working on mental health, gender and violence against women and children since 1998. We are inviting applications from excellence- driven, self-motivated, and committed candidates for the position of Data Enumerator
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in social sciences, public health, gender studies or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of data collection experience especially in gender and sensitive fields like Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Violence Against Women (VAW), Gender Equality, Women & Girls Rights.
- Proven experience in conducting field surveys, interviews, and working with marginalized or vulnerable groups, especially survivors of GBV.
- In-depth understanding of GBV issues, and the sensitivity required when interacting with survivors and other vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a field setting.High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in local languages spoken in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), particularly Pashto; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the respective district as required by the project.
